[What the role is]

The Environmental Health Institute (EHI), a research arm of the National Environment Agency (NEA), conducts multi-disciplinary scientific research that translates into evidence-based public health programmes and policies. We are seeking a dynamic individual to support institutional administration functions within our scientific research environment.

[What you will be working on]

You Will Be Working On

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payment operations, front desk operations, and contractor supervision
  • Perform procurement administrative work such as raising small value purchases or purchase order requests
  • Handle general administrative duties such as meeting scheduling and anonymisation of research samples

  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in Workday is preferred
