Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Engineer or Manager in managing and coordinating service projects.
- Perform servicing and overhauling of cryogenic valves and pumps in a clean room environment, including inspection, overhaul, and functional testing.
- Provide calibration services for instrumentation systems and related equipment.
- Provide after-sales service support and attend to customers service requests and technical enquiries.
- Prepare service documentation, including inspection reports, work completion reports, test reports, and certificates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITE Certificate, or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in shipyard, marine, process, or industrial service companies will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong interest in learning about cryogenic valves, pumps, and instrumentation systems. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willing to work in the Tuas Industrial Area (Tuas South Ave 1).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willing to travel regionally for service assignments when required.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
Additional Information
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday: 5 days work at the workshop, and Saturday: Half-day, working at home.
- Part-time applicants are also welcome to apply. Working days and hours can be discussed and arranged based on mutual agreement.
