Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support engineers in daily production, build activities, and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain and update Work Instructions, MBOM, process flows, and production floor layouts.
  • Support engineering changes (ECO/ECR) and ensure smooth implementation into production.
  • Monitor production data such as yield, cycle time, and defects to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce cost, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
  • Perform production testing such as FCT and system testing.
  • Support test script modification and validation based on product and engineering changes.
  • Perform basic component-level rework and soldering (SMT and through-hole) for failure analysis and unit recovery.
  • Ensure production documentation is accurate and maintained for audit and traceability purposes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experienced in Manufacturing Assembly
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on schedule and to the specified requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply basic problem solving methodologies.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, SAP (or equivalent), and E-mail applications.
