Assistant Engineer (Open to 0 Exp, Min Diploma in Engineering)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 1

Remuneration package: SGD2,800 to SGD$3,500 Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Rotating shifts up to 44 hours, 1st shift (7.30am-5.03pm), 2nd shift (1.30pm - 10.38pm), 3rd shift (10.30pm - 7.38am)

Primary Job Purpose:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of production equipment.

• Diagnose and repair faulty production equipment.

• Track and manage production spare parts for the equipment.

• Participant in problem identification and brainstorming of resolution.

• Support engineers in their engineering evaluation session and equipment development.

• Support in new production line setup and equipment buy-off.

• Assists engineer to carry out continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing environment. Candidate without prior experience but willing to try out may apply.

• Must be comfortable to perform rotating shift (Day and Night shift) and perform overtime when needed

• Experience in SMT, wirebond or automation (motion/vision control) will be advantage

• Knowledge in ISO 9000/QS 9000 preferred
