Job Objective/s
. Perform manufacturing related duties such as: measurements and characterisation of manufactured epitaxy wafers within the cleanroom environment.
. Generate manufacturing reports and keep equipment and process logs.
. Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement programmes focused on achieving business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical support for issues arising in connection with the operation of the production tools (AIX200 and G4 MOCVD) as well as characterization tools (XRD, RPM mapper, ECV) and growth of wafers
- Perform daily basis PL, XRD, VI and ECV measurement on grown wafers and record data in the log sheet
- Generate the GATR after each production wafer growth within 24 hours
- Ensure that technical data (internal/external characterisation, customer feedback) is gathered and processed in an effective manner
- Maintain process logs and data spreadsheets on time
- Provide 1st pass problem solving activities prior to escalation to Senior Engineering
- Prepare & present reports on product & production related data as required
- Monitor reactor performance and identify solutions to production problems
- All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Minimum Education
Minimum Experience
- Preferably some semiconductor epitaxy growth/material metrology and/or process technology experience
Specific Knowledge / Skills
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Good team player with positive working attitude and able to interact with all level,
- Independent and fast learner
