Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of system interface engineers in a site-based environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all ISCS (Integrated Supervisory Control System) interface activities.
- Chair and lead technical discussions with customers, external consultants, and System Wide Contractors (SWCs) to resolve system interface issues.
- Plan, manage, and take full ownership of interface testing schedules, coordinating closely with major SWCs and subsystem owners.
- Work closely with software development teams to drive technical development and support delivery of ISCS software for Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC).
- Review, track, and manage interface-related documentation including (but not limited to) ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, and other technical deliverables.
- Follow up with software development teams on interface-related technical issues to ensure timely resolution and project alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in railway systems, preferably with exposure to C3 / ISCS environments.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with experience engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver outcomes within tight project timelines.
- Demonstrated ability in self-management, with readiness to lead and coordinate others.
- A collaborative team player who can also perform effectively in a team leadership role.
