Job Description:

  • Lead, guide and train technicians
  • Drive company vehicle to repair CE product at customer's place
  • Using Samsung System to update job status
  • Using tablet to update/close jobs
  • Follow up the pending cases until closed
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level and above
  • Able to converse in English
  • Class 3 driving license is a MUST
  • Basic Electronic and Electrical knowledge
  • On-site repair experience
  • Able to work as a team player and good problem-solving skills
