Assistant Engineer (Laser)
In This Role, You Will
- Lead in the assembly of the laser sources, and setting up test stations to evaluate performances
- Design electrical interface and wiring for the laser source
- Conduct incoming quality check on laser components
- Maintain accurate records of test results
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting issues related to laser source
- Work with a multi-discipline team for laser system integration and performance evaluation
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Systems Engineering or a related field
- 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in splicing and testing of fiber laser
- Familiarity with fiber laser design and testing methodology
- Good verbal and written communication skills
