Ensure that the plant complies with regulatory and HSE requirements
Responsible for day to day plant operations ensuring that the plant meets efficiently its operational and quality requirements
Perform quality monitoring and operational works according to the safety requirement
Carry out continuous process/ operational improvement programs
Carry out plant process trouble-shooting when required
Preparation and periodic review of Work Instructions
Responsible for monitoring the plants energy performance
Ensure that the plant documentation conforms with ISO requirements
Coordinate daily activities with Maintenance Departments
Senior Authorized Person under Permit To Work system, authorizing maintenance works in the Plant and ensuring preparedness of the equipment (isolation/de-energization) to carry out works
Site Incident Controller, activating response team and external parties, during Emergencies at site
Lead the Shift Team whilst on duty and assuming overall responsibility on site during non-office hours
Liaise with PUB and external parties to fulfill operational requirements.
Raise Service Request upon finding any abnormality during Plant operation
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or other related engineering fields
At least 5 years of working experience for Diploma holders and 2 years of working experience for Degree holders
Positive attitude and a good team-player
Willing to work on shift
Willing to work at multiple sites
Willing to work beyond normal working hours due to operational needs of the plant
