Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Field Service Technician, where you will support the operation and maintenance of advanced semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments. Contribute your skills to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Diagnose technical issues and execute necessary repairs. Provide both on-site and remote troubleshooting support. Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance. Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and propose solutions. Advise clients on potential equipment upgrades or replacements as necessary. Travel frequently to customer locations for service and support. Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and process improvements. Share field feedback to enhance product design and service quality.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience. Proficient in applying electrical engineering principles, processes, and practices. Understanding of regulations, codes, and safety practices pertinent to electrical systems. Familiarity with office and engineering-related software applications, databases, and systems.
