Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collection and consolidation of production data.
  • Prepare Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Production Report.
  • Provide engineering support to ensure smooth mass production flow.
  • Perform failure and root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions to resolve product related problems.
  • Analysis of production data for productivity improvement.
  • Conduct continuous product and process quality improvement projects to achieve higher production yield.
  • Analyse production defects and prepares 8-D report.
  • Assist the Manager to make process improvement to achieve higher production yield.
  • Achieve Zero Defect.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electrical/ Electromechanical) with at least 2 years of maintenance/ engineering support exposure in a manufacturing environment.
  • Required skill(s): SPC
