Job Summary
You will extract steel reinforcement quantities from structural drawings, draft technical drawings for production, and coordinate technical matters with site personnel to support project execution.
Responsibilities
- Extract bill of quantities for steel reinforcements from structural drawings to ensure accurate material planning
- Schedule and draft technical drawings using appropriate tools for submission and production purposes
- Coordinate technical issues with project site personnel to facilitate smooth project progress
- Attend site discussions as needed to resolve technical queries and support project teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit-BIM tools to enhance drawing accuracy and efficiency
- Minimum Diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline to support technical understanding
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar field to ensure familiarity with industry practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations to maintain quality standards
- Responsible, self-motivated, and effective interpersonal skills to collaborate within teams
- Diligent with a proactive, can-do attitude to meet project demands
