Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electricians to ensure accurate, safe and on time task completion
- Planning and creating work schedules, provide technical assistance & troubleshooting
- Report detailed progress, problems and solutions found.
- Carry out specific inspections of materials, equipment, and installation activities both on-site and at off-site workshops.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety procedures.
- Monitor expenses, negotiate with suppliers and contractors, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and management to ensure smooth project execution and the delivery of services that meet expectations.
- Issue relevant quality records and, when necessary, prepare and submit non-conformance reports to the QC Supervisor.
- Perform inspection and quality control of electrical installations and panel fabrication.
- Witness tests, controls, and inspections carried out during the process.
- Check compliance with the Quality Control Plan, review relevant documentation, verify procedures and equipment used for tests, controls, and inspections, and manage documents certifying these activities.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with standards.
- Ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Electrical Engineer or equivalent a must
- Min 5 years experience with boiler/burner and plant maintenance will be an advantage
- Knowledge in DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA systems (Automation products)
- Siemens - S7 300/400/1200/1500 series PLC system with SIMATIC manager / TIA portal
- Honeywell DCS- C300, PLC- ML, Control edge, HC900 series & HMI/HS
- Experience and knowledge in Electrical field and controls system
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Willing to travel to regional countries
- Engineering Drawing ( AutoCAD 2D, 3D, E-Plan or any )
Workplace location: Joo Koon
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12pm
