Assistant Engineer (E&E/ Mechatronics) *PLC/ Jurong

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on packaging, conveying equipment, and electrical systems for Material Handling Equipment
• Conduct mechanical preventive maintenance on packaging equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to repair and recover operational equipment.
• Analyze and minimize equipment downtime through Predictive Maintenance techniques, utilizing CMMS effectively to analyze parts failures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Knowledge on AC drives, electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders, roller/chain conveyors
• Knowledge of PLC and electrical system.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience
• Familiar with Electrical Single Line Diagram, low voltage DB on lighting
