Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to support Engineers and Project Managers with in-house and on-site engineering tasks. This role is suitable for fresh graduates interested in hands-on technical work and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to execute engineering projects both in-house and on-site
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of engineering equipment and systems to ensure operational readiness
• Assist in validating and qualifying equipment and facilities to meet project and regulatory standards
• Support the operation and maintenance of temperature monitoring systems, calibration, and validation tools to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare clear and accurate technical documentation and reports to support project tracking and audits
• Adapt to flexible work schedules, including overtime and Saturday shifts, as project demands require

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (ITE graduates welcome)
• Demonstrated interest in technical work involving hardware, software, and systems
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
