Assistant Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation works at project sites.
• Coordinate site activities with project managers, subcontractors and workers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are met.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety at all times.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials and tools required for site operations.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and documentation.
• Report work progress and site issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant site supervision experience in electrical or construction projects preferred.
• Able to read and understand construction and electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at different project locations across Singapore.
