Key Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware for battery protection circuits, including choosing and controlling contactors and relays.
Create and develop battery sensor circuits, focusing on circuit design, component selection, and testing/calibrating sensors for voltage, current, and temperature.
Develop software for battery protection schemes in the Battery Management System (BMS), covering protections for over/under voltage, current, and temperature.
Evaluate the battery's State-of-Charge (SoC) and develop the related firmware in the BMS.
Research, compare, and select the appropriate microcontroller unit (MCU) to implement the BMS firmware.
