Job Scope:
- Implement individualized therapy treatment plan and cognitive development plan as written and directed by Consultant and Director
- Observe, facilitate and assess behavioral changes in the child's progress
- Document behaviors objectively in student's therapy file and organize learning materials
- Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients
- Liaise and communicate with parents, other teachers, and administrators, in addition to the children under their supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Permanent position requires to work for at least minimum 3 years contract
- Candidates with prior experience of managing babies or toddlers would be an added advantage
- A good verbal and written English and Mandarin Language (to liaise with Mandarin speaking) ability with good phonematic awareness would be an added advantage
- Passionate and love working with toddlers and children (special kids)
- Have previous experience working with pre-school or primary children would be awesome
- Have the drive and commitment in shaping the kids to have better future
Job Details and Benefits:
- Job Type: Full-time
- 6 working days (Week Ends full day is compulsory)
- Salary ranges from $3,000 (depending on relevant experience and qualification)
- Working hours as set by Company (Weekdays 10am to 7pm and may extend by 1 hour occasionally, Weekends 10am to 6pm)
- Candidates are required to have a Master in Educational Psychology.
- Those fresh from University are welcome. Does not require to have any working experience but those desire to work in a passionate environment will be considered.
