About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, dependable editor with strong news judgment and a keen sense of what's happening on the ground. As Assistant Editor (Singapore Seen), you'll lead one of Stomp's most distinctive pillars — community-driven stories and tip-offs that reflect real life in Singapore.
You'll be responsible for shaping raw submissions into compelling, accurate and engaging stories, while navigating sensitivities, legal considerations, and public interest.
You'll work closely with writers and the editor to manage incoming tip-offs, verify information, and bring out the best in ground-up content. You'll also play a key role in building trust with our community of contributors, ensuring Stomp remains a platform people turn to when they want to be heard.
