A premium retail brand is looking for an Assistant Ecommerce Manager in Singapore

Your new company

A premium retail brand is seeking a highly motivated Assistant ECommerce Manager (Regional) to support the growth and performance of their regional ecommerce business across Asia. This role plays a key part in driving daytoday ecommerce operations, digital marketing execution, and commercial performance, working closely with regional and local teams to deliver a seamless and elevated online customer experience.

Your new role

  • Support the regional daytoday operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth execution across markets
  • Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, content uploads, and seasonal updates with internal teams
  • Monitor site performance, stock availability, order flow, and customer journeys to ensure operational excellence
  • Liaise with IT, logistics, customer service, and local markets to resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Ensure ecommerce processes align with regional standards and brand guidelines
  • Assist in planning and executing regional ecommerce marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Work with digital marketing teams on CRM, email, onsite merchandising, and trafficdriving initiatives
  • Support performance tracking for traffic, conversion, sales, and marketing KPIs
  • Prepare reports and insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Support regional calendars and ensure campaign consistency across markets
  • Act as a key point of contact between regional HQ and local market teams
  • Coordinate with creative, content, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Provide operational and marketing support to local teams during peak trading periods

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ECommerce, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail (fashion or premium consumer brands preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, online merchandising, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Handson experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and projectmanagement skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fastpaced regional environment
