Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dormitory including in-charge of security, maintenance & cleaning team, managing handing over and taking over of units, quarterly commercial inspection and enforcing of commercial tenant's BOH rules, handling pest control service provider, handling security operations etc
As Event Main Coordinator and coordinate with various party eg MOM, HQ Marketing Team, Event Organizer etc
Manage dormitory records and documentation, including liaises and reply to HQ and authority queries and emails, managing cash sales receipt procedures, assisting Admin Team for checking in/ out of resident etc
Mediate conflicts among residents and address behavioural issues fairly and respectfully and ensure a peaceful living environment by setting and enforcing dormitory rules and policies.
As the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Site Main Controller (SMC).
Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of experience in foreign worker dormitory management
Possess the relevant certificates for CERT and WSQ Implement Incident Management Process Cert
Willing to work at Tuas South (transport provided from the nearest MRT to the dormitory)
Proficient in English (spoken and written) knowledge of other languages such as Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin will be an advantage
Skilled in Microsoft Office, incident reporting systems, and basic maintenance workflows
A multi-tasker and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
