The Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Marketing will be a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset, responsible for overseeing the marketing and demand generation initiatives across all NTUC First Campus preschool brands. With a focus on driving brand awareness, positioning, and demand generation, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of our preschool brands in an increasingly competitive educational landscape in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop and execute both long-term and short-term strategic goals, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and ensure the brands continue to shine as world-class educational institutions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Marketing will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the organisation, playing a crucial role in its continued growth and success.
As a key member of the NTUC First Campus Leadership Group, this position will have a broad influence across departments, ensuring a cohesive and cross-functional approach to brand development and growth.
Strategic Leadership and Management:
- Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for NFC's preschool brands, balancing both short-term tactical needs and long-term brand vision.
- Guide the Marketing team to ensure a seamless, omni-channel approach to marketing, with a focus on driving results.
- Cultivate strong, cross-departmental partnerships with Business Units, Admissions, and other HQ functions to align marketing initiatives with broader organisational objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging strategies and technologies to maintain NFC's competitive edge, particularly in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to communicate the preschool brands key messages and generate qualified leads.
- Partner with stakeholders to align marketing with sales financial strategies, managing forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with other senior leaders to shape NFC's overarching strategy and maintain the position of the preschool brands as the top choice for families in Singapore.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of a well-integrated marketing strategy that enhances NFC's presence and reputation in Singapore.
- Oversee brand awareness initiatives and competitive positioning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals from the conceptualisation to execution.
- Direct demand generation campaigns to increase interest and visibility for NFC's preschool brands, optimising both digital and offline channels.
- Manage and inspire the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the development of digital properties, including websites and portals, ensuring they reflect the brand's identity and are optimised for user experience and search performance.
- Review and manage marketing collateral (digital and print) to support the preschool brands messages and propositions.
- Co-lead the social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others with the Communications team, ensuring an integrated content strategy to engage prospective families.
Collaborative Marketing and Admissions Support:
- Collaborate with the Admissions Director to design and execute marketing programs that attract prospective students and their families to the preschool brands.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with admissions goals and help drive enrolment growth.
