[What the role is]
Strategise, plan and work closely with stakeholders / partners / Grassroots Organisations to organise wide range of integrated programmes in HBB to cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents so as to widen community outreach and build social capital.
[What you will be working on]
- Formulating Strategies and Programmes as an Integrated Lifestyle Hub
- Assist General Manager in formulating strategies and programmes which will attract residents participation, making HBB a focal point in reinforcing the branding of the Integrated Lifestyle Hub
- Champion to foster/forge strong partnerships and networks across stakeholders, civic and private organisations; identify and maximise opportunities for collaborations in creating vibrancy and bringing programmes into HBB
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to plan and organise wide range of integrated community programmes, leveraging on the integrated facilities, catering to the diverse needs and interests of the residents to widen outreach
- Developing Integrated Programmes and Fostering Partnerships
- Work in partnership with many stakeholders, including Grassroots Advisers, Grassroots Leaders/Volunteers and Senior Management of Government Agencies to promote the activities, programmes and facilities in HBB
- Drive collaborations and integrated programmes with co-locating partners (CLPs). Work closely with CLPs to plan and execute meaningful and innovative community programmes. Develop and enhance community engagement and partnerships with community stakeholders to facilitate and implement outreach efforts
- Strategise and develop atrium programmes and activities to widen outreach and deepen engagement
- Supervises the planning and execution of Heartbeat@Bedok signature programmes/ integrated programmes/ adhoc activities and workshops on weekdays and weekends.
- Monitor and provide support to other atrium programmes (spearheaded by external community partners) on weekdays and weekends.
- Strategise and attend regular meetings with the Advisory Committee/Programme Committee/Facilities Management Committee to chart the direction of the establishment and strengthen HBB's identity.
- Attend monthly CCC and CCMC meetings to provide update and feedback to the committees and other ad-hoc meetings as and when required.
- Conduct regular checks/inspection of term contractors during off-working hours to ensure quality service/ standards are met.
- The programme coordinator to facilitate efforts to achieve the Whole-of-Government competencies for community engagement, as well as develop new community initiatives for HBB
- Champion to co-create a HBB identity by driving joint-programmes with CLPs to enhance synergy, optimise use of facilities and widen outreach/deepen engagement with residents and achieve greater community bonding
- Play a key role as community organiser in building better relationships amongst residents and enhancing closer partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders
- Planning of Strategic Marketing and Communications
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, all channels of communications (including online) and public relations activities of HBB
- Collaborate with other agencies and partners to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract higher customer stream to the facilities
- Conceptualise integrated communication plans and publicity initiatives for HBB, and oversees their effective implementation and review
- Oversees the implementation of publicity programmes, including media management, publicity campaigns and new media programmes
- Identifies and works with suitable internal and external partners to plan and implement public and marketing communications efforts, and generate positive stories on HBB
- Preparation of Reports for Advisers and Senior Management
- Provide support to the Advisory Panel and IPOG
- Monitor revenue and expenses, and prepare budget for reporting to Adviser and Senior Management
- Prepare reports on partnerships, initiatives and programmes
[What we are looking for]
Minimum - At least five years of working experience in management position.
Desired - Above criteria or at least five years of field experience in mall programmes planning, marketing and communications or advertising and promotions
