Your key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Assistant Director will lead a team of 7-8.
  • Lead and supervise the end-to-end development of programmes—from ideation and piloting to scaling and refinement with the end in mind to design scalable models that lead to membership growth.
  • Conceptualise, pilot, and scale new outreach strategies to reach PMEs in non-traditional and emerging spaces.
  • Co-create with and engage internal stakeholders in adopting programmes and solutions that lead to membership growth in target segment.
  • Device methods to measure dual impact of membership recruitment and adoption rate of programmes by internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in programme development, engagement, or related fields
  • Prior understanding of the needs and motivations of professionals, managers and executives
  • Prior experience in innovating outreach channels or engagement models
  • Able to use data and insights to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
