Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's platform architecture, product capabilities, system workflows, and operational processes to support successful client implementations.

  • Provide product consultation and technical guidance to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders regarding system functionalities, integrations, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Project Managers to support new implementations, system enhancements, and client change requests.

  • Participate in implementation discussions, technical workshops, and project meetings to provide product expertise and solution recommendations.

  • Support API integration processes, including coordination and troubleshooting for RESTful API-related implementations.

  • Consult with users and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and recommend scalable product solutions.

  • Maintain and enhance technical documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, workflow procedures, and operational manuals.

  • Act as an escalation point for product and operational support issues, coordinating with relevant internal teams for resolution.

  • Work cross-functionally with compliance, operations, fulfilment, customer support, and engineering teams to improve product delivery and client experience.

  • Collaborate with Product teams to document new product features, releases, system upgrades, and process improvements.

  • Conduct market and industry research related to fintech, digital infrastructure, payment systems, enterprise technology, and emerging technology trends.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and operational enhancements.

  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools and automation solutions, to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital infrastructure, or technology-related products.

  • Knowledge of payment systems, API integrations, and operational workflows is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and basic system integration concepts.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or other object-oriented programming languages is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders professionally.

  • Agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies, systems, and business requirements.

  • Strong documentation and process management capabilities.

  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in leveraging AI-driven tools to improve operational processes and efficiency.

  • Awareness of responsible AI usage, risk management, and data governance principles is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product consulting, implementation support, technical operations, SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise clients, technical implementations, or operational product support functions is highly preferred.

  • Experience working in fast-paced technology or startup environments is an advantage.
