DNEX Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director, Marketing & Strategy to drive integrated marketing, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. This role will also serve as Chief of Staff to the Executive Director and Founder, supporting organisational priorities, cross-functional alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with strong execution capability, and is comfortable operating across strategy, partnerships, and operational leadership in a fast-paced, ecosystem-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility
- Oversee content, digital campaigns, partnerships, and event marketing initiatives
- Manage external communications, stakeholder engagement, and media relations where required
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and ROI
2) Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of corporate and platform-level strategies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Drive strategic projects across the organisation, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
3) Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across public, private, and non-profit sectors
- Drive revenue generation opportunities including sponsorships, collaborations, and new initiatives
- Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and stakeholder negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and collaborators
4) Chief of Staff to Executive Director & Founder
- Act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Executive Director
- Support prioritisation, decision-making, and execution of key organisational initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of priorities
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Support governance processes, planning cycles, and leadership communications
