Job Description
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to position the brand effectively and enhance awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
- Develop initiatives to boost digital presence, including social media campaigns, online advertising, newsletters, and email marketing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing channels on a regular basis, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resort activities for promotional purposes.
- Coordinate co-marketing programs with external partners where applicable.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Director, Marketing & Comms should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
