As an Assistant Director, Workplace Safety & Health (Ops), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist the Director in monitoring and reviewing departmental performance indicators to ensure goals are met efficiently.
- Strategically plan and review manpower and financial resources to meet organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement the Total Workplace Safety & Health (TWSH) Framework with emphasis on Occupational Health and Staff Protection.
- Lead the Secretariat for the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of TWSH projects and programmes.
- Manage the Occupational Health Clinic and Staff Protection Office to ensure staff safety, health, and well-being.
- Participate in emergency planning and provide support during hospital incidents.
- Lead or support hospital-wide projects and perform other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- MOM Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) is an advantage.
- Possess at least 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably from healthcare or education sector.
