Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as an Assistant Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving research initiatives that inform and improve healthcare delivery and policy in Singapore Healthcare and Institutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in clinical research, team leadership, and grant acquisition within the healthcare and AI ecosystem.
Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage research teams to work with Clinicians to deliver high-impact health service outcome studies
- .Design, implement, and evaluate clinical research projects aligned with national healthcare priorities
- .Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, academic partners, and government agencies
- .Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including competitive grants within the healthcare and AI research landscape
- .Mentor junior researchers and contribute to capacity building within the department
- .Translate research findings into actionable insights for policy and practice
