Finance Business partner (BP) to Divisions to provide financial insights to add value that will guide decision making to achieve organization's outcomes
Team Lead to Divisions BP to manage and drive forecast and budget utilization accuracy, strengthen projection capabilities and financial controls through financial performance review
Continually assess opportunities to improve BP delivery and foster strong partnerships with Divisions
Review management report packages and performance analysis with Divisions, identifying key trends and provide business recommendations
Support Divisions in budget process, year-end closing activities and funding process
Lead finance projects to drive process improvement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a recognized University
Minimum 12 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in Finance Business Partner role with supervisory responsibilities

Strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management
Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes
