Manage investors meetings and briefings, including bi-annual earnings call, post-results investor meetings, site visits and Annual General Meeting.
Conduct market research, craft corporate messaging and provide investor feedback to the Company's management.
Track and review major ESG ratings, manage and enhance the Company's corporate image and reputation.
Working closely with internal business units to drive investor communications.
Establish liaisons with relevant stakeholders including financial institutions, regulators, corporates, advisors and/or consultants to keep abreast of market trends and developments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related area of study with more than 15 years of relevant experience.
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present and manage internal and external stakeholders relationships effectively.
Possess willingness to learn, initiative, commitment to excellence, resourcefulness, tenaciousness and reliability.
Detail-oriented team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg applications.
