Perform periodic review of the overall loyalty program including tier structures, benefits, and engagement models.
Perform periodic review of casino loyalty programs, customer engagement strategy, customer segmentation, CRM and marketing activities
Plan and execute short and long-term strategic roadmaps to grow member base and increase program participation and ROI.
Perform all duties in compliance with Gambling Regulatory Authority and other statutory requirements, department and company policies, standard operation procedures, internal control and service standards for the success of the department
Ensure all policies and procedures of approved program activities are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations
Oversee the coordination of activities and functions with various supporting departments on casino guest retention
Oversee analytics teams and perform cohort analysis, and drive insights for ongoing program refinement.
Plan and execute strategic partnerships (e.g., travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners) that add value to the loyalty ecosystem.
Plan and execute reward catalogs and ensure a seamless redemption experience.
Leverage on technology to elevate every member touchpoints, ensure customer engagement experiences are consistent and optimized
Ensure smooth operation of point issuance , redemption systems, and tier management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in loyalty marketing, or CRM
Proven experience in delivering high-impact loyalty initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of branding, mobile app platforms, and communications strategies
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
