Job Description

The Marketing Communications (Digital Marketing) Assistant Director will be responsible for promoting Gardens by the Bay and its products across digital and social channels, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. This role covers all aspects of digital and marketing communications, from strategic planning to performance optimization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Thinking & Planning

  • Develop, execute, and manage long and short term marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Align digital initiatives with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for conversions and engagements.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation.

Performance Marketing Expertise

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using robust analytics and attribution models.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Lead initiatives in A/B testing and user journey optimization to improve conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance user experience and engagement across platforms.

Marketing Communications

  • Support the execution of marketing communication plans across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and tone of voice.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to different digital audiences and platforms.

Technical & Analytical Acumen

  • Implement and manage marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor performance and track KPIs.
  • Manage and troubleshoot tag management systems (Google Tag Manager) and ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital/web technologies (basic HTML/CSS, tag management, tracking pixels).
  • Drive data-backed decisions through actionable insights and dashboards.

Technical Skill Sets

  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Google Campaign Manager
  • Tag Management & Tracking: Google Tag Manager
  • SEO & SEM Tools

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant digital marketing experience, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment
