Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team in carrying out maintenance and overhaul jobs (mechanical, diesel, and air-conditioning) both onboard vessels and in workshops.
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Prepare, monitor, and update work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Manage daily manpower deployment and provide clear instructions to the team.
- Conduct site inspections, work discussions, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and permits.
- Provide logistical support, including spare parts requisition and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven supervisory experience in managing and deploying workers effectively.
