The Ecosystem & Community Division sits at the heart of Enterprise Singapore's efforts to build a connected, vibrant and globally relevant startup and innovation ecosystem. The division works closely with startups, corporates, investors, research institutions and global partners to strengthen Singapore's position as a leading hub for innovation, enterprise growth and international collaboration.[What you will be working on]
The role provides operational and coordination support across SWITCH global partner fulfilment and startup ecosystem community platforms, with responsibilities spanning pre‑event planning, execution and post‑event delivery.
A. Global/SWITCH Partner Fulfilment
Support the Global workstream for SWITCH, with a focus on post‑sales fulfilment for Global Partners.
Ensure partner requirements, inputs and entitlements are accurately captured, tracked and communicated to internal teams and appointed vendors (e.g. MP International) to enable smooth delivery of committed outputs.
Draft, review and update Global Partner contracts based on confirmed partner details and agreed deliverables.
Coordinate partner information required for booths, stage sessions, digital assets and other fulfilment items, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
Maintain and update trackers for Global Partner entitlements across physical and digital touchpoints.
Manage the pre‑event social media calendar for Global Partners, including announcements of partner participation and Global Stage sessions.
Provide onsite delivery support during SWITCH, including serving as stage manager for the Global Stage and overseeing multiple content sessions across the event period.
B. Startup Ecosystem & Community Platform Support
Support the management of the StartupSG Network (SSN) event listings page, which serves as an ecosystem‑facing resource for startups and community stakeholders.
Review, curate and publish community‑submitted event listings, ensuring relevance, accuracy and quality.
Work with internal teams and ecosystem partners to keep listings updated and reflective of ongoing ecosystem activities.
Contribute to improving the usefulness and reliability of the platform as a central reference point for the startup community.
[What we are looking for]
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and details in parallel.
Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, external partners and vendors, and following through on agreed deliverables.
Meticulous and structured, particularly in tracking information, requirements and commitments.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, including during peak event periods.
Proactive, reliable and collaborative, with a willingness to support ground execution where needed.
Interest in innovation, startups, events or ecosystem‑building work is an advantage.
