Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
- Lead BPR and job redesign initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across Business Units to eliminate process waste, streamline workflows, and implement job enrichment strategies.
- Leverage emerging technologies such as AI to improve automation and data analytics.
- Perform detailed process mapping and create a process library to support organizational learning and improvements.
Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and change management practices.
- Execute productivity-focused projects to reduce costs, improve capacity, and enhance process accuracy.
- Champion business process management and operational excellence across departments.
Project Management
- Drive assigned improvement and transformation projects from planning to execution with a focus on measurable impact.
Certification & Compliance
- Support annual certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 28000, ISO 37001).
- Maintain and review documentation (SOPs, Manuals, Forms) for relevance and compliance.
- Act as audit liaison, manage corrective actions, and ensure closure of findings.
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate tabletop exercises to validate incident readiness.
- Oversee customer/authority/third-party audit processes and certification/license tracking.
