Job Description

Purpose

Empowering our people to achieve their full potential is key to PSA's continued global success. As part of Group HR's strategic talent development portfolio, the role will cover a broad range of global HR activities and projects with focus in developing actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Talent Management goals to achieve specific outcomes which fosters talent development, retention and engagement.

This role will lead efforts to increase and assist the integration of global talent initiatives with regional execution and serve as a critical interface with the regional operating units to ensure seamless implementation of broad talent management programs as well as best practice sharing across regions to drive consistent and effective talent management practices.

Accountabilities

  • Work closely with and in consultation with Group HR colleagues to formulate, monitor, evaluate and review talent management frameworks, programs, processes and interventions on global talent pool.
  • Planning and executing annual global talent review and various regional talent development council discussions.
  • Assess development needs, perform data and gap analysis, design and lead programs for talent development councils to foster career growth opportunities and strengthen pipelines.
  • Provide proficient consultation, develop and implement all phases of talent management such as succession planning, performance management, talent pipelines, career pathways design etc.
  • Manage talent processes like internal resourcing, STRIDE (short-term international development experience), Global Management Associate Program, Young Talent Program, Leadership Transition Programs, Global Champion Awards etc.
  • Design and facilitate talent and leader engagement forums and identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Ensure alignment across all business units by cascading talent frameworks and methodologies and implementing an integrated approach to talent management.
  • Provide consultation to business and HR leaders to develop regional/BU-level talent programs that are aligned with Group's strategy.
  • Foster talent diversity by driving inclusive resourcing, supporting diverse pipelines, and promoting equitable development opportunities.
  • Collect, analyse, and report HR metrics and data related to global talent pool, and other HR initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and visualisation to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate, manage and support talent technologies/systems to streamline talent processes, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.
  • Drive Employer branding initiatives to develop branding and outreach initiatives to amplify our brand presence, enhance mindshare, review and execute policies, frameworks and processes for talent attraction, selection, development and engagement.
  • Support and facilitate workshops, teambuilding events, organisation development initiatives, campus engagement and employee relations events as and when required.
  • Provide support to draft and design internal and external communication materials such as townhalls, contributions of white papers, write-ups and articles for HR-related publications.
  • Assist in all other HR and administrative functions as and when assigned.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in cross-disciplinary talent management domain expertise experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Talent Strategies, Talent Assessments, Succession Management, Workforce Analytics, Talent Management.
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging talent management tools and talent development aids.
  • Curious about the business.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills, meticulous.
  • High level of integrity & maturity to manage confidential information
  • Experience in implementing organization wide change.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
