Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends in the cleaning services industry.
  • Drive innovation, particularly in sustainable and green cleaning solutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Implement systems and processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial sustainability.
  • Build financial forecast, analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of employees across various levels.
  • Drive employee development through training and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

Client Relationships & Business Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure the retention of major accounts.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Sustainability Focus

  • Champion environmentally sustainable cleaning practices across the business.
  • Evaluate and introduce eco-friendly products and techniques into service offerings.
  • Monitor the environmental impact of operations and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of employees across various levels.

About You

  • Minimal bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facility management experience preferably soft services.
  • Strong discipline of financial management including financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficient in understanding management agreements and contract language
  • Ability to develop and maintain a client focused, partnering and consultative approach
  • Proficient in anticipating client needs, thinking strategically, solutions focused and be both proactive and reactive as the situation and circumstances dictate
  • Ability to identify service delivery and portfolio management improvement opportunities and keen on developing recommendations that highlight the value-added benefit of the outsourcing partnership
