Assistant Customer Relations Officer (HDB Project)
We are looking for a motivated and communicative Assistant Customer Relations Officer to support our site team. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with residents and stakeholders while ensuring administrative tasks for the project are kept up to date.
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting regular visits to residents and tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.
Feedback Management: Support the Lead CRO to handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project.
Liaison Support: Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed.
Administrative Duties: Perform administrative/clerical duties.
Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE O Level.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply candidates with no experience will be considered for this Assistant role.
Attributes:
Approachable personality with good communication skills.
Comfortable walking the ground and interacting with residents.
Able to handle feedback professionally and calmly.
