Job Description

The Assistant Customer Experience Manager plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships by ensuring smooth aftersales support, timely resolution of complaints, and continuous improvement of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer service team's daily operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys (CEM) and data analysis, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, providing solutions while balancing customer satisfaction, costs, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to design and implement customer service enhancement strategies.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers when necessary to resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate across departments to provide customers with a seamless service experience.
