Our restaurant specializing in Seafood cuisine is looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Cook to support our kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic Seafoods cooking methods, food preparation processes, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Assist in preparing ingredients for Seafoods dishes (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.)
Support the Chef in daily cooking and kitchen operations
Ensure dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards and recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Assist in monitoring stock levels and kitchen supplies
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Basic knowledge of Seafoods cooking techniques and kitchen workflow
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to stand for long hours and work in a kitchen environment
