- Pepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Place order for stocks and ingredients.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, meat, spices etc.)
- Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
- Friendly and service oriented
- Able work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
