Job Description

We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable assistant to the Head Chef. The general duties of the Assistant Cook is as follows,

  • All food ingredients preparation.
  • Maintain compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
  • Maintain inventory
  • Maintain work site and equipments
  • OJT will be provided for learning of all menu items
  • All other adhoc duties as required of by the supervising chef

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similiar role and setting is of utmost importance
  • Discplined enough to work without supervision
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Working on public holidays, weekends & daily OT is required
