Job Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, and basic cooking)
Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards
Support stock management, including stock rotation and inventory checks
Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Job Requirements
Relevant culinary qualification is an advantage
Minimum 3 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to communicate in basic English
