- Support controller in scheduling and dispatching jobs to drivers.
- Reply to drivers messages and follow up on documents and system updating.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate with drivers to give instructions and resolve issues.
- Highlight and assist to resolve delays or problems quickly.
- Update customers and handle basic enquiries.
- Keep proper records of daily operations.
Others:
- 5-days work a week, with Saturday overtime required.
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast working environment.
