Job Description

Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand speaks to a new generation of romantics, achievers and self-gifters. As Assistant Manager, Content Marketing, you will be the engine of that shift – turning our brand, products and moments into culture-relevant stories across social and digital. You will think like a creator, move like an agency, and build like a brand owner, sitting at the heart of our in-house marketing team.

What you'll own

  • Strategize, plan and lead the content calendar for Goldheart across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8 and emerging platforms – from insight and concept to publishing and optimisation.
  • Build, own and continuously refine a strategic, always-on content calendar tied to brand campaigns, commercial priorities, seasonal peaks (festive, weddings, gifting) and trends.
  • Work closely with brand marketing team to develop distinctive content pillars and recurring series (e.g. styling stories, how it's made, proposal diaries, bridal journeys, creator collabs, UGC spotlights) that grow followers into a loyal community.
  • Concept, script, shoot and edit social-first videos in-house and also collaborate with agencies – reels, live formats and longer-form brand or editorial pieces – with strong hooks and narrative flow.
  • Act as an in-house creator: comfortable capturing content on mobile in-store, at shoots, events and launches, and turning quick ideas into polished posts at speed. Own the quality of visual storytelling: framing, pacing, basic motion, sound, and on-brand typography, ensuring on-brand delivery.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Public Relations, E-commerce, Retail to ensure content supports launch toolkits, retail stories, site content and performance marketing needs.
  • Work with influencer/KOL/creator partners – from scouting and briefing to content review – ensuring collaborations feel authentic, measurable and on-brand.
  • Track and report content performance using platform analytics, distil insights, and run smart tests on hooks, formats, thumbnails and posting strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain an organised content system and asset library (shot lists, raw footage, edits, captions, approvals) that the marketing team can leverage.

  • Competencies required

· STRATEGIC THINKING - Applies an understanding of the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the organization to ensure projects contribute to achieving business results

· INFLUENCE - Builds credibility and positive working relationships across the organization to effectively drive business objectives

· PERSONAL & TEAM LEADERSHIP – Demonstrates a hands-on approach, have initiative, accountability, and adopts a perspective of continuous learning for self and others to enhance performance standards, drive employee engagement, and achieve results

· INNOVATION - Contributes to a culture in which people continually improve products/services/processes, develop solutions, and adopt new approaches that drive growth and improve performance

· BUSINESS SAVVY & ACUMEN - Understands key drivers that impact business results, leveraging environmental, market, customer, and business insights to inform decision making. Anticipate future trends, legislation changes and business challenges to enable the development of robust planning and strategic alignment

The portfolio you'll build here

  • A multi-platform portfolio of work across platforms with full-funnel storytelling examples, from awareness-driving brand films and creator content to education and conversion-focused assets for launches and promotions.
  • Concept-to-launch ownership: briefs, storyboards, shot lists, edit notes, and final assets that demonstrate strategic thinking, creative execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building and evolving content frameworks and playbooks (tone of voice, do's & don'ts, visual rules, content templates) for an in-house brand team.
  • Case studies where your work drove clear business impact including engagement growth, community metrics, launch impact, traffic or sales support.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working directly with brand marketing, events & Public Relations, creative design, merchandising and retail teams to align content with brand and commercial goals.

About you

  • 3–5 years in social/media/content roles with a strong focus on video and platform-native storytelling (in-house or agency, ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle).
  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field
  • A strong portfolio or showreel of social content (especially Reels/TikTok/short-form video) where you played a clear role in concepting, shooting and editing.
  • Able to work with video editing tools and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar).
  • Strong copy instincts for hooks, captions and social scripts, and an ear for tone that feels conversational yet premium.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, campaign-led environment.
  • Passionate about style and culture – you naturally keep a pulse on what's trending and what feels overdone.

What we offer

  • A front-row role in shaping how a beloved jewellery brand shows up for the next generation of consumers.
  • A creative in-house environment with the freedom to test, learn and push new formats, while still seeing clear business impact from your work.
  • Growth pathways into senior content, brand, creative or strategy roles, depending on your ambition and strengths.
