We are partnering with a growing investment and asset management platform seeking a Compliance Executive to support compliance, governance, and regulatory matters across its fund management operations.

The role will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the firm's Compliance and AML/CFT framework, including compliance monitoring, compliance risk assessments, KYC/CDD reviews, investor onboarding, regulatory reporting, and AML/CFT controls. The successful candidate will also assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, governance matters, and compliance advisory support to internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Compliance Executive will provide updates on ongoing compliance matters, identified breaches, and recommended actions. Candidates with relevant experience may also support MLRO-related responsibilities, including the preparation and submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).

This position is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of compliance or AML/KYC experience within asset management, banking, financial institutions, or professional services environments. Familiarity with MAS regulations and Singapore fund management frameworks will be advantageous.
