Ensure sthat safety requirements and standards for Commissioning activities are drafted, agreed and firmly in place well before these commissioning activities commence
Introduces a full operational Permit to Work (PTW) System and Lock Out / Tag Out process (LOTO) when starting Pre-Commissioning Phase.
Ensures compliance with electrical safety rules (e.g. Ger: NAN, VDE0105-100; Nl: NEN, OESS) during Testing and Commissioning activities.
Defines a Testing & Commissioning Organization and prepare and keep-up to date a Testing & Commissioning Organization Chart as part of the Commissioning Plan.
Develops Loop Test Work Instructions for each different type of Loop to ensure that instrument integrity deficiencies do not occur.
Develop Test Packages for Tubing, Piping and HVA/C Ducting based upon the Commissioning System Boundary Drawings.
Develops a Commissioning Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedure (LOTO).
Ensures that all testing and commissioning
activities are either covered in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) by itself or in a referenced Commissioning Test Procedure (CTP) within ITP.
Commissioning Manager shall conduct the weekly / monthly meeting with project team players to discuss the construction & commissioning interface activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering and with valid certificates in welding inspection and non-destructive examination (ISO 9001:2015 Certificated Internal Auditor
Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience
Good experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & System
