Oversee the preparation, review, and management of contract and tender documentation.
Manage the process of final account settlements in a structured and timely manner.
Participate actively in project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
Provide regular financial reporting and forecasting, highlighting potential commercial and financial risks.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of contract and construction law, including tender processes, contract conditions, procurement methods, valuation, and claims management.
High attention to detail with strong numerical and commercial analysis skills.
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong business and commercial acumen with proven analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
