Assistant Clinic Supervisor

As an Assistant Clinic Supervisor, you are responsible to recruit, train, schedule and ensure every clinic assistant fully understands the clinic's software and operating procedures so that the team can achieve the following objectives:

1) Able to communicate fluently with the clinic's Burmese speaking patients
2) Patient appointments are promptly processed and confirmed
3) Patients are registered and verified
4) Medical supplies are correctly dispensed
5) Patient billings are issued accurately
6) Patient payments are promptly collected
7) Lab tests are correctly ordered and tracked
8) Medical supplies are promptly replenished and maintained

The position requires the candidate to be able to understand and communicate in the Burmese language because this role handles a majority of Burmese speaking patients.

The position requires the candidate to be able to work on both Saturday and Sunday.
